THE HYPOCRITE LOVES TO PRAY.
I am atheist. Do I worship Satan, hell no!!Do I believe in the afterlife? Even laughable that one. Do I fear dying atheist? Death is a necessary evil. It will come when it will come and only cowards die many times before their death. Atheism does not equate to Satanism or any other cults out there. Don’t get it wrong. We just don’t have any imaginary friends and/or enemies out there.
I like the idea of God. An all-powerful being who demands to be worshipped with the promise of a heaven for the faithful and a hell for the sinners. Sounds more like a dictatorship to me but what do I know? My perception of god is solely defined by (IF). If he exists, well and good, if he doesn’t, well and good. I actually have a few bible verses I like. They are relatable because after all, it’s all a matter of perspective. God is man’s greatest invention. He is a glorified cosmic pimp. Religion and God in general are a matter of perspective and If he exists I guess then my fate is sealed. However, you see, God is so vast it cannot be restricted to a religion, philosophy or dogma.
Science and religion on the other hand are not enemies.one is quantifiable, the other isn’t. They are two different languages telling the same story as well as searching for the truth and as long as science cannot answer it, religion will always have the day. The two will always co-exist.
I will make this brief but not without a closing remark, which turns out to be one of my best quotes;
Live a good life. If there are gods and they are just, then they will not care how devout you have been, but will welcome you based on the virtues you have lived by. If there are gods, but unjust, then you should not want to worship them. If there are no gods, then you will be gone, but will have lived a noble life that will live on in the memories of your loved ones.
